Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Making a Booking & Fee:
• When making a booking we will only confirm the booking with the following information
I. Name
II. 2 Contact Telephone Numbers
III. Email Address
IV. Venue Address
• A non-returnable booking fee (also known as a deposit) is required to secure the DJ's
services for your event. This fee is £30 and must be paid within 24 hours of confirming your
booking.
2. Payment:
• The remaining balance for the DJ services is due on or before the day of the event. Payment
can be made via:-
I. Cash
II. Card
III. Bank Transfer
IV. Payment Links
• We do not accept Cheque
• Failure to pay any invoice from us on time will result either in the cancellation of your
booking or late payment charges equivalent to interest on the late payment which shall
be calculated on a daily basis at a rate of 5% over our bank’s lending rate from the date
the payment was originally due until the date of actual payment. We may also instruct a
debt collection agency or solicitor to collect payment (including any interest and/or late
payment charges) on our behalf. In such circumstances you will be liable to pay an
additional sum to us which will not exceed the reasonable costs that we may incur to
pay the debt collection agency or solicitor who will add the sum to your outstanding
debt on our behalf.

3. Cancellation:
• In the event of a cancellation by the client, the booking fee will not be refunded.
• Cancellations occurring over 6 months of the date booked will incur no further fees

• Cancellations occurring between 3 months and 6 months of the date booked you will be
liable for 50% of the full payment
• Cancellations within 3 months of the date booked you will be liable for 100% of the full
payment.
4. Rescheduling:
• Requests to reschedule the event date may be accommodated based on the DJ's availability.
Any rescheduled event must occur within 12 months.
5. Performance Requirements:
• The client is responsible for providing suitable equipment and space for the DJ to perform,
including a power source and a safe, dry, and covered performance area if outdoors.
6. Event Details:
• The client agrees to provide the DJ with event details, such as the venue address, event
timeline, and music preferences, at least 14 days before the event.
7. Liability:
• The DJ company will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that
occur during the event.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and the DJ during
the event.
8. Force Majeure:
• In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters or other events
beyond our control, the DJ company may not be able to fulfill the contract. In such cases, the
booking fee will be refunded, but no additional compensation will be provided.
9. Termination:
• The DJ company reserves the right to terminate services if the client or event attendees
engage in inappropriate or harmful behavior.
10. Miscellaneous:
• Any changes to the agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
• The client acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions
and agree to abide by them.
